Hi!!  Thanks for visiting my blog!

I started this blog in June of 2008 on blogger….at first it was mainly around merely because I wanted a little place to share some random stories, photos, and (hehe) be able to better keep up with the other blogs I read.  (In August of 2009, I moved over here!)

My main goal -in all of life- is to glorify my Savior, Yeshua – Jesus – and to continue to grow in sanctification.

I have a list of hobbies and such on the sidebar, so I’m not going to mention them here.

I have a wonderful Family -

My Dad is a Presbyterian Pastor.  He has been my main bible teacher throughout the years, and it is mostly from him that I get my political views, as well as my love for Israel and its people.

My Mom is my teacher.  She has taught me almost everything I  know about running a home, from diaper changes to ironing to baking to just plain having fun.  I count her as one of my best friends, and we think very similarly in almost everything.

Stephen (14) is the one I throw my opinions/crazy ideas out to most of the time.  Although we have differing interests and hobbies, (I prefer the finer arts while he prefers weapons and the like)  we think very similarly in political, biblical, historical, and other areas – such as our blog themes. 

Elizabeth (11) (Lizzie/Liz/Lizzy) is the second oldest girl in our family.  She and Esther Ruth (8) are best of friends and do just about everything possible together.

Joseph (5, almost 6) loves to copy just about everything that Dad and Stephen do.  He also loves just about anything that has to do with the outdoors.

Abigail (4) is my little helper, Joseph’s playmate, and the clown of the family.

Caleb (18 mo.)  is the baby of the family.  He loves vacuums, electric things, and sewing machines.
